Except nine authentic songs from Kosturko (the Egeya part of the Balkans), the album includes also contemporary ones, created on the basis of the Macedonian folklore songs. Three of them are composed by Liubka Rondova and another three – by Nikola Vaklinov.
The recordings were made with the help of the orchestra and a mixed vocal group from ensemble `Gotse Delchev` at VMRO directed by Nikola Vaklinov.
