She was born on 22nd of June in Sofia (Bankya).
Education – Higher (National Sports Academy – specialty Basketball).
Involved in music since being 7 years old.
Musical genre – Bulgarian folklore music and chill-house (a genre mixing the styles chill-out and house).
Sport – basketball.
Hobby – sewing tapestry and sport.
Motto - `Don’t get conceited by success, or desperate by setbacks`.
For the first time in the Bulgarian folklore music Poly Paskova and POPCORN made together songs in a completely new style. It is an ear-catching mixture of folklore music and the newest house and chill-out sound.
In 2000 Polina released her first album `Slantse moe`(My Sun).
In the year 2001 she was one of the organizers of the Balkan forum `We can live together`.
In 2002 the Women's Democratic Union in Bourgas city elected her `Woman of the Year`.
In 2002 she released a second album of Shopp Songs called `Nashenska prelest` (Native charm).
In November 2003 the third Poly’s album was released. It was of Macedonian songs.
In this same 2003 the song `Vremena razdelni` (Dividing Times) brought to Poly the audience award at `Pirin Folk Festival` in Sandanski.
In January 2004 Poly published her 3rd album.
In June 2004 Poly took part at `Ohrid Troubadours`, where she received a special award.
In October 2004 Poly signed a contract for working with Payner Music.
